Sumatra Lintong Triple Pick Tiger coffee, produced by a cooperative of 120 small farmholders near Lake Toba, is the highest grade of specialty coffee from Sumatra. Distinguished by its Grade 1 and Triple Picked certifications, this coffee undergoes a unique Semi-Washed process, where beans are dried briefly to preserve moisture and mucilage, resulting in a cup with heightened sweetness and body. The atypical drying method on natural clay patios imparts the beans with a bluish hue and distinctive curly shape, enhancing the classic, earthy flavor profile.
