For the second edition of our barrel-aged series, we stayed local and worked with the very prominent Ventura Spirits. Right away we knew we wanted to work with their Strawbery Brandy.
Distilled from California strawberries their one-of-a-kind brandy is aged for two years in neutral French oak barrels. Our single-origin natural processed Ethiopia Adado coffee was the obvious choice with is strong strawberry candy and chocolate notes. After over a month and a half aging in the Strawberry Brandy barrels, we are proud to introduce Strawberry Feilds Forever!
