Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez, a young coffee producer from La Paz, Marcala, Honduras, owns several midsize farms that have been in his family since the early 1990s. His three parcels, located at altitudes above 1,300 meters, grow heirloom varieties such as Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra. Roger is meticulous about wet-milling and drying processes, ensuring the highest quality coffee. The La Paz region, known for its cool temperatures and high elevation, allows for the slow ripening of coffee cherries, resulting in fruity sweetness with notes of berries or peach.
