This coffee comes from our friends at A Coffee and is processed at their station in Huila as part of their "La Union Project," where they work closely with local farmers to produce exceptional coffee. Grown at Finca La Playita, just a short distance from the processing station, these cherries are cultivated without pesticides and with a focus on soil conservation.

This Honey processed coffee undergoes a 100-hour pre-fermentation in vinyl bags before being carefully dried in the sun, then meticulously milled, sorted, and classified to ensure top quality in every cup.
